John Conboy is the Managing Director of Pink Rose Organix. He leads the company's strategic growth, product development, and retail partnerships while overseeing day-to-day operations. John's passion for animal nutrition and commitment to quality continue to drive Pink Rose Organix's mission of providing premium USDA Certified Organic feed for animals across the country.
Business Operations Lead
Kylie Knapp
Kylie joined Pink Rose Organix in 2025 as Business Operations Lead. She oversees business operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects that support the company’s growth. With a degree in Business from Sacramento State and a lifelong passion for horses, Kylie helps advance the Pink Rose Organix and PRO Series Equine brands while supporting business development, customer relationships, and the continued growth of the company.
Midwest Regional Account Manager
Chummy Riibe
Chummy Riibe joined Pink Rose Organix in 2025 as Regional Account Manager. He brings decades of experience in education, leadership, and business development while supporting retailers, distributors, and producers across the country. Chummy works to build strong relationships with partners by providing knowledgeable guidance, trusted service, and organic feeding solutions that support the continued growth of Pink Rose Organix.
Marketing Lead
Kathryn Courville
Kathryn joined Pink Rose Organix in 2025 as a marketing intern while completing her degree in Communication Studies. After graduating, she accepted a full-time role as Marketing Lead. Kathryn develops marketing campaigns, manages social media and digital advertising, and creates engaging content that strengthens the Pink Rose Organix brand and connects with the equestrian and livestock communities.
Mill Manager
Keilian Stafford
Keilan Stafford joined Pink Rose Organix in 2017 and has served as Feed Mill Manager since 2020. He oversees daily mill operations, production, quality control, inventory, and logistics, ensuring every product is manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and consistency. Keilan's hands-on leadership and dedication help deliver the premium nutrition customers trust.
